Please note: Overseas shipping is out of our control. We aim for you to receive your purchase asap. All added/extra costs such as GST or duty etc, are to be borne by you, the buyer, at your end.
Orders are processed & packed within 1-2 business days and you will receive a tracking number and tracking link via email (so you can follow your parcel status), once your order has been dispatched.

Only on full priced items and returned within 14 days on receipt of shipment. We will issue you with a credit note which will be valid for a 3 months duration from your date of purchase. All tags must be attached. New & unused condition.
All tags attached. New & unused condition. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can hold your replacement garment aside until receipt of your exchange.
All return postage fees are paid for by you (the buyer). A domestic reshipping fee of $15 or an international reshipping fee of $50 will be required to be paid before the new item is dispatched. Our staff will arrange this with you prior to re-shipment of the item.Sale Items
If you purchase from our sale section we do not issue credits or exchanges. All sale items are final sale.
All your purchases will be inspected prior to despatch making a faulty item highly unlikely. If an items slips under our radar please contact us at email@example.com on receipt of your shipment. We will respond accordingly.
We do not issue refunds except for faulty goods when we are unable to replace the item.
